And we want to remind everyone that C\u00e1ceres is the territory of the Torta del Casar,&#8221; emphasized \u00c1ngel Juan Pacheco, representing the Torta del Casar Protected Designation of Origin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For his part, the city&#8217;s mayor, Rafa Mateos, thanked all the workers of the Torta del Casar PDO, the farmers, and the cheese makers for their willingness to support the European cultural bid. \u201cThis is not just a city project.
