It is trying to bring all those initiatives that we see on television or that are far from our streets, to be able to bring them to C\u00e1ceres and make them meeting points and to show the talents that exist both inside and outside the city. And above all on the path to the European Capital of Culture 2031, as finalists that we are.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We frame it in the &#8220;Transcultura&#8221; project, with which C\u00e1ceres competes for the European Capital of Culture 2031, he added, &#8220;that way of transmitting talent, our culture and above all our values. We are a peripheral city, and what we have to do is make ourselves known, and that we work here for and by culture.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And it is also a very special year because it is our birthday, like Renta 4, \u201cin 1986 UNESCO gave us the title, and uniting culture and heritage is one of the experiences that every C\u00e1ceres has to live.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He recalled that the project began in 2021, \u201cand in 2023 we already had it in C\u00e1ceres. It aims to bring theater, opera and the performing arts closer to the citizens of C\u00e1ceres, because we want a culture that is open to everyone and that everyone has the opportunity to experience it, just as we can do anywhere else in Spain and abroad.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The Plaza Mayor is one of the great meeting points of the city and where the people of C\u00e1ceres pass through, as well as thousands of visitors every year,&#8221; he stressed, &#8220;and being able to turn it into a stage for opera, means bringing culture to the very heart of the city and above all because the young talents of the Teatro Real will have the leading role thanks to the Friends of the Teatro Real Foundation, which gives professionalism to these young people who are working there. The performers come from the Crescendo program, an initiative intended to support the artistic and professional development of young singers, pianists and stage management assistants\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;I encourage the people of C\u00e1ceres and visitors to come to the Plaza Mayor, to the front of the Town Hall, to enjoy this event. And I want to thank you for having come to C\u00e1ceres to bring that little bit of one of the most emblematic places such as the Teatro Real, and that in this way we can enjoy it,&#8221; Su\u00e1rez highlighted.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e1nchez-Oca\u00f1a has pointed out that it is one of the most beloved projects, a traveling stage that began its journey in 2021, but that has achieved great success and is in high demand, which has led us to visit more than 140 locations. It is the great agent of diffusion of the lyric, the stage is an exact replica of the mouth of the stage of the Teatro Real, because it has a vocation, to bring the Real closer to all citizens, to break the physical walls of the building in Madrid, but it is everyone&#8217;s theater. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And above all, she added, \u201cthat they can discover young talents. The Crescendo program has been running for six editions, it&#8217;s international, and 120 young people from more than 20 nationalities have participated.
