The Cáceres 2031 European Capital of Culture bid continues to develop its organizational and financial structure with the constitution of the Sponsors Circle, an instrument designed to channel the participation of the private sector in the project. This formula will allow grouping the entities that contribute financially to the different lines of action foreseen within the framework of the Cáceres candidacy.
Caja Rural de Extremadura has confirmed its support to the call for artist mediators, part of the Generation 31 program. The initiative aims to incorporate creators who develop work processes with young people in the city, reinforcing the participatory dimension of the cultural project.
Along with the financial institution, Global Leaders, ONCE, the Tatiana Foundation, the Mercedes Calles and Carlos Ballestero Foundation and the Helga de Alvear Museum of Contemporary Art are already part of this collaboration framework, contributing by supporting different activities and programs related to the candidacy.
The Sponsors Circle remains open to new additions, both through support for specific projects and through structural contributions. With this partnership model, the bid strengthens its private funding base for the selection process for the European Capital of Culture 2031.
